Q - Who is my Lead Brewer?
The lead brewer will be responsible of most maintenance job due in a pub partner's cellar. If you are having an issue with your beer lines, not a specific line, then you would need to contact your lead brewer.

To identify who they are, you will have to check the publican's order history to identify the main brewer on their lines.

Q - How do I order beer equipment, such as beer nozzles (sparklers) or vertical extraction kits?

Q - How do I chase my beer loss credit?
A - If you have recently had an equipment issue that led to you losing some of your stock, the Brand Owner that resolved the issue may have issued a ‘Beer Loss Credit’.
When a technician is out at site you should ask them whether they are going to raise a Beer Loss Credit for you, and if not, the reason why.
If you are unsure whether you are eligible for a credit, please first speak to the technician if you still have their contact details. Otherwise, please fill out a ticket on SGS.
This decision is with the Brand Owner in question, and they will contact us afterwards to arrange this. These credits are sent across to us monthly, so there may unfortunately be a wait on this.
