Festive Carling and Coke Campaigns - BEACON AGREEMENTS ONLY FAQ

We have 2 exciting campaigns launching over the festive period in sites aligned to Beacon agreements ONLY.

This document is intended to provide answers to common questions from sites with a Beacon agreement.

Question. What campaigns are being ran?

Answer.

Carling Scratch Card – designed to reward Carling drinkers and encourage repeat purchases.  Suppliers are funding the “free pints” as part of this campaign so it’s a win win for publican and their guests.

Coca Cola Christmas Awareness – Created to give your guests an opportunity to win win win and also help create that festive feel in your pub!

Question. When will my Coca Cola POS arrive?

Answer. It will arrive week commencing 11th November 2024

Question. When will my Carling POS arrive?

Answer. It will arrive week commencing 21st October 2024

Question. When will the 2 kegs of Carling aligned to the activity arrive? 

Answer.  They will start to arrive from Monday 21st October inline with your usual delivery date.

Question. What is my carling POS does not arrive?

Answer. To chase your POS - Please contact Ross Hanley at Molson Coors [e-mail] 

Question. Will my till be updated to allow me to capture the free pint of Carling I am giving away in this activity?

Answer. Your tills have already been updated.  Please see the button in the Promo Screen.  It will be removed at the end of the campaign – 31st December 2024

We recommend training all of your team on using the button correctly. If you over allocate free drinks, you will not be able to claim back the costs. 

Question.  Why am I not included in the Campaign?

Answer. Both Carling and Coca Cola campaigns are only available to current stockists within a Beacon agreement

Question. When does the Carling Campaign end and all pints should be redeemed?

Answer. The end date is 31st December or when all your FREE pints have been redeemed.

Question. What if I give away more than 176 pints using the Carling Campaign till button?

Answer. Any pints of Carling issued over the 2 free kegs will be at the Publican’s cost.

Question. Am I late starting the Carling Promotion as the T&C’s state August 1st?

Answer. The Carling promotion is not exclusive to SGPP. It may well have already been made active earlier in other pub estates. You can start as soon as the POS and products arrive.

Question. Can one person claim multiple scratch cards in one/a given day?

Answer. No, the campaign T’s and C’s do detail that its 1 scratch card per customer per day. This campaign is intended to encourage consumers to make repeat visits to your site. You should make sure your team are aware of T’s and C’s whilst you are also training them on how to complete free drink redemptions.
