This information is intended to provide clear guidance to any site following a serious incident.
For the avoidance of doubt, the following examples define what represents a serious incident, the list is non-exhaustive and other incidents might still meet the criteria.
Site closed by local authority, serious crime or disorder, serious injury to a person via weapon, police raids, serious sexual assaults, attracting media attention, death of an employee or customer on site.
Should your site be subject to any such incident. You should immediately notify your Regional/Area Manager. If those individuals are not in the business, please follow direction to a covering colleague from their voicemail.
Our team will then continue the process and manage expectations.
