The brewer has extended the closing date for submissions to 14.03.25.

If your stock holding for this submission is 3 cases/36 bottles or less. You can now dispose of the stock on premises. If your stock holding is greater, please await further instructions.

We will follow up with direction for credits once it is available.

Newcastle Brown Ale | Publican Recall Process

Our records show that you may have stock of Newcastle Brown Ale on site that meets the criteria for a product recall brief.

It's time to register your stock so we can arrange for credits to be returned. Please complete the form in Stonegate Support using the steps detailed below.

1. To complete the process of registering stock, visit the Stonegate Support area of the Pub Hub.
2. Click the box that reads ‘Raise a new query/request’.
3. In the resulting page, choose ‘Ordering & Deliveries’ from the drop down.
4. Then choose ‘Newcastle Brown Ale Product Recall’ in the drop down further down the page.
5. A new drop-down box will now be visible prompting you to confirm you have stock on site.
6. Clicking ‘yes’, will allow you to register how many individual bottles you have from any affected batches.
7. Once you’ve filled out the info, click Submit at the bottom of the page.

Heineken have informed us that several batches of Newcastle Brown Ale may contain traces of glass.

The affected stock has a best before date of 30.11.25 and one of the following batch numbers L4321, L4322, L4323, L4324, L4325, L4326.

We kindly request that you check your stock to identify any products matching these criteria and remove from sale immediately. Please store these bottles & cases in a safe location, away from your cellar or any area where they could accidentally be returned to sale. Clearly label them as “removed from sale”).

We are in the process of finalising a method for disposing of the stock as well as reimbursement for the cost. Further instructions will be provided shortly.

For the avoidance of doubt. All related stock has already been removed from warehouses in our distribution network.
