Q - How do I report an ullage/faulty barrel to be uplifted?
A - Please submit your request to raise an Ullage - Submit a request – Pub Partners
Q - What information do I need to be able to report a faulty barrel?
A - We will need to know the below information when you fill out the form
- Product name
- Issue with product
- Best before date
- Container details, eg. container number
- Remaining volume (how many gallons have been used)
- Photo - if you can also send a photo of the label of the keg you are reporting
The product needs to be in date to receive credit for an ullage. Also, if there is more than 3 gallons dispensed, this will be an automatic nil credit.
In both these circumstances, we can still arrange an uplift for you, however you will not receive credit for the product.
