If you are experiencing problems logging into Stonegate Support then we will need to check a few of things
If you have never logged in before you will need to reset your password Once you have reset you password you should be able to log in
If you have logged in before but your password is not now working then please reset your password
We use the e-mail address we have on record for you and your pub. If you have changed your e-mail recently this may not have been updated on our system. If this happens you should receive a message like the one below
If this happens please e-mail pubpartner.support@stonegategroup.co.uk with you new contact details.
